In 2006 the American Cancer Society estimated that about 1, 399, 790 people would be diagnosed as new cancer patients.This estimate did not
include the 1 million or more supposed diagnosed cases of noninvasive cancer, basal and squamous cell skin cancers. The death toll rate for cancer patients were
assumed to be about 564, 830 American people.
In 2007 the American Cancer Society estimated in their newest report that there would be over 12 million
new cases of cancer and that the mortality rate will be 7.6 million.
Although the medical society is always searching for better techniques to cure cancer the
most common options available at this time is

- Chemotherapy (toxic and dangerous drug

- Surgery (cut)
- Biological therapy ( pills, injections or I.V)
Unfortunately the side effects of these therapies
can make you ill and in some cases more ill than the cancer itself, not to mention that the treatments can diminish your quality of life with no guarantees of prolonging
your life. The most common side effects of these therapies are bad enough that you would not wish them on your worst enemy.

Are there any other options?
Yes, amazingly there is. In 1951 an expert on fats and oils, biochemist Dr. Johanna Budwig (nominated
several times for the Nobel prize) developed a non toxic simple diet. The Budwig diet as it is now called not only can prevent cancer, but according to doctor and
cancer patient testimonies, this diet can also cure cancer.
The treatment plan for this is diet and lifestyle. The non toxic recipe combines 1 cup of organic
cottage cheese or yogurt with flax seed oil or ground flax seeds. Dr. Johanna Budwig also stresses that a person must refrain from eating the absolutely forbidden
foods which are
- Sugar
- All animal fats
- All salad oils (including commercial
mayonnaise)
- All meats (chemicals and hormones)
- Butter
- Margarine
- Preserved meats (the
preservatives block metabolism even of flax seed oil)
I Know what you are thinking, because I too love everything on the absolutely forbidden
foods list. Obviously we all face some tough choices but here is a thought to consider.
Everything on the forbidden food list is making you sick and tired, all of
the medical therapies to try to cure you could make you at the very least sick and tired. Which option will increase the quality of your life? I don't know about you but
